    99システムのタイムゾーンを変更したい場合は、/usr/share/zoneinfo から、タイムゾーンに適合したファイルを /etc/localtime にコピーします。インストール時にアジア/東京を設定した場合は、/usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Tokyo や /usr/share/zoneinfo/Japan と同等のファイルになっているはずです。
