errata に発行した ntp-4.2.0-7vl4 に依存関係のミスがあり、
本来依存するべきではない VinePlus のパッケージ(libelf)
に依存していました。VinePlus の libelf パッケージをイン
ストールした場合には動作に問題はありません。

このパッケージはその依存を取り除いたもので、その他に変更
点はありません。
