Below are some guidelines for use of the Vine Linux Trademarks where, as
long as you are in compliance with the guidelines, no permission is
necessary. In all cases, use is permitted only provided that:

 <li>the use is only in right form. Any change is not permitted.</li>
 <li>the use is only in connection with promoting the Vine Linux or Vine Linux project.</li>
 <li>the use is not diparaging to Project Vine, Vine Caves or their products.</li>
 <li>the use is not with adult contents or any illegal contents.</li>
 <li>the use does not imply sponcsorship or endorsement by Project Vine or Vine Caves, Ltd.</li>
 <li>Do not use as main mark.
     ex) do not use main logo for your Web sites or publications.</li>
 <li>Do not use the trademarks as a part of your service name, product name, company name, domainname or logos.</li>
 <li>Project Vine and Vine Caves, Ltd. can do following:<br/>
     1)Change this guidelines without any notifications in any time.<br/>
     2)Stop your rights to use our trademarks in any time if you break this guidelines.</li>
