14    * Replaced menu entry "Documentation" by "Browse Documentation"
15 - Fixed changed shortcuts:
16    * Crtl+R for "Reload" (formerly Ctrl+U)
17    * Ctrl+O for "Properties" (formerly Ctrl+P)
18    * Ctrl+P for "Apply" (formerly Ctrl+E)
19    * Delete for "Mark for Removal" (Formerly Ctrl+R)
20    * Reworked the whole shortcut table at the end of the manual -
21      it was quite a mess
22 - Typos and other stuff:
23    * "Apply Changes" was replaced by "Apply" a long time ago
24    * "Lock" should be "Lock Version" - line 1699
25 - Removed detailed desc of the applying of packages - line 1825
26 - Commented out the whole "Browsing and Searching" chapter, since
27   it requires a rework
28 - Commented out the whole "Preferences" chapter, since it requires
29   a lot of love -
30 - Reworked the "Upgrade the Whole System" section
31 - Reworked the "Filter" chapter
32 - Changed <title>s to one-liners, since otherwise yelp messes up the window name
